Our Cygnet restaurant at the Swan Inn, Islip, headed by Paul Welburn our Chef Patron (previously awarded Michelin star at The Oxford Kitchen 2018), was awarded 3 AA Rosettes at the AA Awards 2023.

Our ‘Cygnet’ dining room is a space, where you can enjoy our ever changing, tasting menu and grazing menu; using seasonal ingredients.

The Swan Inn, a 17th Century Cotswold stone pub, resides in the historic village of Islip, Oxfordshire the birth place of Edward the Confessor. The pub which is steeped in history, saw a huge refurbishment during 2022 and has been lovingly restored and brought back to life.
